OUR STORY

The Beginning

Joe "MoJoe" Morris was stationed at Cheyenne Mountain Air Station in 1997. The Morris family fell in love with Colorado Springs and spent the entirety of MoJoe's military career trying to return. The opportunity arose in 2021, and the family permanently relocated.

MoJoe's Cafe was born out of love for the Springs, a desire to become an integral part of the city, and a wish to help the community grow through local, ethical sourcing. With a passion for great coffee and delicious food, they set out to create a welcoming space for the community.

MoJoe's is a veteran-owned, family-run cafe in the heart of Colorado Springs, and we would love to welcome you into the MoJoe's family!
